We had a birthday celebration at my parents' and my parents packed some Ang Ku kueh (red inverted come shaped kueh with chewy skin and mung bean paste) and red eggs. I decided to use this to make an Easter bento for the big boy aka my hubbie :)
For the strawberry munchkin, I used black sesame seeds for the head, nori for the eyes and mouth :) The Easter bunnies are punch out nori on the ang ku kuehs. The green barangs around the Ang Ku kueh serves as a decoration as well as make it easy to handle.
