The Big Kid (aka my hubbie) is not really well yet but he had to return to work. As he didnt want staff lunch today as the meal can be oily and unhealthy, I decided to prep a lunch box for him. Using indomie mee soto (courtesy of my friend), some baby corn, shredded cabbage and carrots, as well as fish roe balls and meat balls :)
It's all boiled and not fried!
